The POA Board of Directors will hold a special meeting on September 9, 2026 at 6 pm MDT via Zoom. This meeting will immediately go into executive session to 1) consult with legal counsel concerning matters that are privileged or confidential between attorney and client, and 2) discuss matters pertaining to the managing agent’s contract. Attendance will be restricted to Directors, legal counsel, and the managing agent.

The regular monthly meeting of the POA Board of Directors is scheduled for Wednesday, September 16, 2026 at 6 pm MDT via Zoom. This meeting will be open to all property owners. A draft agenda will be posted soon.
