ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW
There are three steps in the design, review, and construction process: Sketch Plan Review, Final Plan Review, and Final Inspection. Applicant must obtain approval from ARC on final plans before proceeding to TOA permitting/review process. The final plan review will confirm that the detailed design is consistent with the plans approved at the sketch plan phase. Final inspection is performed after all work is completed.
